We encourage parents to raise any questions or concerns with the school directly, so that any issues can be addressed and resolved for the whole school community.
Most concerns can be resolved once staff are made aware of them and given an opportunity to respond. We have procedures in place that we follow to ensure that these are handled appropriately.

- respond to feedback and concerns constructively
- deal with complaints fairly, effectively, and promptly
- take into account individual circumstances
- maintain confidentiality
- preserve school/community relationships and communication
- monitor and record complaints and concerns about student safety.
Generally, an anonymous complaint cannot be processed unless there is a sound legal reason for protecting the identity of the complainant.
