Extra Events and Reminders

Mufti
Reminder that tomorrow is mufti day please remember your gold coin donation.

Scholastic Bookclub
We will be processing the bookclub orders tomorrow morning. We can take cash orders at the office but Scholastic offer incentives if you order online through their LOOP system. Aside from getting freebies and the ease of ordering they also have an app that is very easy to use. We usually order about a week after the brochures are given out but you can put through late orders, preferably via LOOP, although you run the risk of not getting the books you want as they do run out of popular books. If you put through a late LOOP order please let me know as I will need to go in and release it.

We have been asked to pass on the following.

Health Hub Quiz Night
Please see the attached flyer for details on this fundraiser being run by the Guardians of Akaroa Hospital.

Library Closed for Renovation
Please see the attached flyer for the details on this temporary closure while the library gets a revamp.

Community Hui
Please see the attached flyer for the details of this public meeting being held at The Gaiety on 7 November from 5.30-8pm
