Events and Reminders – 17 June 2019

Open day Wednesday 19 June
Our open day will start with a whole school assembly in the gym at 9am. All welcome.

Permission slips on SkoolLoop app
A few permission slips have been sent out today for various events (Mud run, Matariki, Lincoln Zones soccer). These have also been loaded on the skoolloop app.

Junior Assembly
Junior assembly tomorrow morning. All welcome.

World vision barbecue
Students are organising a sausage sizzle on Friday 14 June for World Vision. No lunch passes will be issued.

Results removed from Kamar portal
Please note that results have been removed from the Kamar portal while reports are being worked on. These will be restored when reports are issued.

Postponement of B P Cross Country

Please see the attached letter from Lara Hyland and Jo Thorne.

The B P Cross Country has been postponed to Monday 10 June and we are meeting at the top court at the earlier time of 10.30am.

Thanks you to those parents who have completed the consent below and a reminder to those who haven’t yet could we please have them in by tomorrow.

World Environment Day
Please see the attached flyer regarding this event. We have some onsite activities planned for our students for tomorrow.

World Vision
Reminder that the World Vision 40 hour famine is on this weekend.

Junior Assembly
Our next Junior assembly is on Tuesday week 11 June at 8.50am.

Multi Draw Raffle
Tickets are available from the school office for this fundraiser to get four of our students to the Top of the South sports tournament in Rotorua. Tickets are $4 each or 3 for $10.
